Achievement the crystal? and the Necro queen!

im wondering if the Dark necromancer queen doesnt have the crystal? and i found 3 does that mean we are not able too get all 4 of the crystals in turn unlocking 100% of achievements!?

This game looks very appealing to me. XD However, when I saw the words Dark Souls used...lol I'm assuming there is no adjustable difficulty or difficulty modifiers? How does saving / checkpoints work? Length of game? thanks!
